Pearl of Wisdom

'The Prophet (SAWA) dispatched an army, over whom he appointed a commander and ordered them to listen to him and to obey him. He [the commander] set ablaze a fire and ordered them to jump in it. Some people refused to enter it, saying, 'Verily we flee from the fire', whilst others intended to enter it. The Prophet (SAWA) was informed of this, about which he (SAWA) said, 'Had they entered it, they would have remained therein forever [i.e. the Hellfire].' And he said, 'There is no obedience due to [one who calls to] Allah's disobedience. Rather obedience is due [when calling] for the good.'

The Courier of Imam Hussain - English Subtitles

The series is based on the inspirational story of Sulaiman ibn Abi Razeen, the Courier or Emissary of Imam Hussein (AS).

The Imam (AS) send him to Basra to convey the message to all of the 5 tribe leaders in Basra, but the enemies of Islam and followers of Yazid cause disruptions and hinder Sulaiman to convey the message of Imam Hussain.

This series attempts to convey his journey and the trails faced upon entering Basra.

This film is in Persian / Farsi with English subtitles and The film was also approved by the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting.
